The City of Kimberley says several streets between Warren Ave and Caldwell Street North will be affected.

The City says action is required to make emergency repairs to the waterlines in some communities.

This includes Kimbrook Crescent, Kimbrook Area, Creekside Trailer Court, and Green Street on Warren Ave from Caldwell Street South.

Crews will be making repairs from approximately 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Friday, January 11.

"The City of Kimberley apologizes for any inconvenience and suggests that you store water for use during this time," the City writes in a note to residents.

Once water service has been restored, they say you might see murky water coming through your lines.

To fix it, run your taps with cold water until it becomes clear.
