Starting on Sunday, June 16th, Western Financial Place will be close to the public for two weeks in order to allow for various maintenance projects at the facility.
"Some of the projects will include a variety of mechanical service work and system inspections, both in the arena and aquatic centre," said the City of Cranbrook.
Along with the projects, crews will also be painting, cleaning, and completing other "touch up work" to utilize the full time the facility will be closed.
The concourse area in the arena will also be closed off to walking.
"The City of Cranbrook appreciates the patience and understanding of all our arena and aquatics users while this important work is completed."
Western Financial Place is slated to resume regular operating hours on Tuesday, July 2nd.
